Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the development of banking system
- Prepare, validate and follow up test cases in UAT
- Prepare reporting materials for the testing results and project status
- Cooperate and communicate with developers and business users throughout the project
- Senior staffs will be responsible to other tasks including Business Requirement gathering, Functional Specification preparation, vendor management, liaison with technical staffs, etc.
PMO Lead / Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions
- Define and fine-tune project methodology to effectively control project and assure quality outcomes
- Prepare projects status reports for evaluation by management
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements
- Assure all project plans adhere to PMO standards
Business Analyst
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Detailed minded, team player, able to work under tight deadlines
- Familiar with JIRA
- Working experience in UAT or IT project work is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Knowledge of Banking products a plus
- Excel, VBA and/or SQL skills a plus
PMO Lead / Project Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business/project management or a related subject
- Experienced in reviewing Business cases
- Familiar with technology and SDLC, as well as JIRA is a strong plus
- Ability to work under pressure and flourish in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
