Assistant QA Manager / Senior Testing Engineer (Bank)
Duty
• Lead and drive a team to develop, execute, review the test plans and test cases
• Collaborate with users, product managers, programmers and other stakeholders to ensure complete understanding of project requirements.
• Drive the testing activities across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery
• Review requirements, technical specifications, test plan and design to meet project scope and delivery.
• Identify, record, and track defects, and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
Business Analyst x 5
Responsibilities:
- Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the development of banking system
- Prepare, validate and follow up test cases in UAT
- Prepare reporting materials for the testing results and project status
- Cooperate and communicate with developers and business users throughout the project
- Senior staffs will be responsible to other tasks including Business Requirement gathering, Functional Specification preparation, vendor management, liaison with technical staffs, etc.
Junior Business Analyst / Project Management Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion
- Support the project manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, risk assessments, and issue tracking
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements
- Monitor project progress and report key milestones, issues, and risks
- Assist in budget control and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within the designated budget and timeframe
- Support the project manager in managing and organizing project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports
- Provide assistance in resolving project execution issues and conflicts
Assistant QA Manager / Senior Testing Engineer (Bank)
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min 4 – 6 years software testing and/or QA experience
• Solid experience as the Team Lead / Manager role.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Business Analyst x 5
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in IT or Finance related discipline
- Detailed minded, team player, able to work under tight deadlines
- Working experience / internship in UAT or IT project work is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Knowledge of Banking products a plus
- Excel, VBA and/or SQL skills a plus
Junior Business Analyst / Project Management Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in IT or Finance related discipline
- Working experience / internship in IT project management is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Knowledge in banking industry and data center operations are preferred
- Knowledge in project management software and tools are preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
