Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the development of banking system 
  • Prepare, validate and follow up test cases in UAT
  • Prepare reporting materials for the testing results and project status 
  • Cooperate and communicate with developers and business users throughout the project 
  • Senior staffs will be responsible to other tasks including Business Requirement gathering, Functional Specification preparation, vendor management, liaison with technical staffs, etc.

PMO Lead / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions 
  • Define and fine-tune project methodology to effectively control project and assure quality outcomes
  • Prepare projects status reports for evaluation by management
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements
  • Assure all project plans adhere to PMO standards


Business Analyst

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Detailed minded, team player, able to work under tight deadlines 
  • Familiar with JIRA
  • Working experience in UAT or IT project work is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome 
  • Knowledge of Banking products a plus 
  • Excel, VBA and/or SQL skills a plus
PMO Lead / Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/project management or a related subject
  • Experienced in reviewing Business cases
  • Familiar with technology and SDLC, as well as JIRA is a strong plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and flourish in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
