Responsibility: Support the team for all documentation, data, orders, reports, inventory, purchase processing and update as well as related administrative works.

 

  •                           Provide administrative and basic analytical to support routine tasks (documentation, database & system management, orders processing, etc.)
  •                           Maintain inventory and process purchase
  •                           Touch base with external stakeholders / parties
  •                           Market research, analyse the data and present comparison on report preparation
  •                           Support to develop and maintain facilities services records,  certificates, database and documentation
  •                           Support the preparation of all necessary reports, budget, forecasts, tender, RFP, contracts, assessment, proposals, appraisals, contracts and agreements.
  •                           Support the team administration works (appointment and meeting arrangement, meeting minutes, i-share documentation, etc.)
                          Coordination with respective stakeholders

Requirement

- Holder / studying in Degree/ Diploma / Certificate in Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate or other related disciplines.

-Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin

-Familiar with MS word, Excel, MS project, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Process

-Good communication skills

-Proactive, flexible and willing to learn
