Job description  

  • Manage vendors / contractors for integration / development of software application, database system and data platform.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and migrate applications to cloud.
  •  Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data storage and retrieval systems that support AI model raining and testing processes.
  •  Assist implementation and building of data pipelines for supporting machine learning and data analytic functions.
  •  Embrace the chance to stay up-to-date and on-job training of emerging technologies and trends in Data analytics (DA), Machine learning (ML), and Artificial intelligence (AI).
  •  Monitor security logs, apply security patches and issue troubleshoot.
  •  Ensure that the IT server infrastructure fulfilled security compliance requirements.
  •  Provide support on conducting Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA).
  •  Assist the procurement process for acquiring required equipment and services.
  •  Construct technical documentations such as system flow-chart, network diagram, guideline and operation manual.
  •  Ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard.
  •  Accomplish ad-hoc tasks related to the development of sub-division as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement

  •  Degree in computer subjects or related disciplines;
  •  3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 1 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity;
  •  Adequate experience in web application deployment procedures, source code version control, issues management;
  •  Adequate knowledge and experience in application systems using container deployment, such as Docker;
  •  Adequate experience in programming language such as Python / JavaScript and database system such as Relational database / NoSQL database.
  •  Adequate knowledge and experience in application programming and database design;
  •  Good understanding and, preferably, experience in business intelligence, AI applications and machine learning development;
  •  Good Knowledge in Linux and database administration.
  •  Self-initiative, responsible and well-organized;
  •  Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  •  Good interpersonal relationship and emotion management;
  •  Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day (if necessary).
