Job Description
- Provide on-site support for the Ticketing terminal, Ticketing Kiosk, retail shop POS, and F&B shop POS, including the device health check, diagnosis, and execution recovery procedures
- Investigate system issues or incidents, mitigate the issue, and document the root cause and solution
- Prepare, set up and support hardware & applications for pop-up ticketing / POS counter
- Regular check and update of system inventory and configuration according to the change in system maintenance
- Work with the infrastructure team to ensure the system & applications are running with the expected environment setup
- Liaison with the service provider to support system integration test (SIT) in the testing environment and to support maintenance in the production environment
Requirement
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in application support and troubleshooting
- At least 2 years experience in supporting ticketing terminals, kiosks, or POS systems
- In-depth knowledge of various operating systems and networking technologies
- Experience in providing on-site support and working with service providers is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
