(Senior/ Junior) IT Officer / System Engineer (18K-55K)
Responsibilities:
Perform support on infrastructure.
- Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation.
- Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control.
- Provide first tier support, PC, Server support and maintenance /set up, hardware repair for end users.
- Provide server troubleshoot, system admin and maintenance.
- Maintain and monitor daily system operation.
- Communicate with users, supervisor and provide I.T solution for urgent cases.
(Senior / Junior) Network Engineer (25K-65K)
Responsibilities
Provide Technical support and Operation support for the company network infrastructure.
- Handle the daily operation on network and security.
- Handle network and security equipment installation and configuration
- Holder of CCNA / CCNP is preferred.
- Knowledge in Cisco IOS and NX-OS, switching, routing and tunneling. Such as: TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, VRRP/HSRP, GRE, IPSec, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
Senior Security Specialist
(50K-80K or more depends on experience)
Job responsibility
- To provide pragmatic advice and service related to IT security
- To provide with inputs and technical writing from IT security perspective
- To monitor and provide communication products and results as needed
• Formal and carefully crafted responses to InfoSec-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Documents for internal/external auditors and regulators, e.g., IA, AMCM, MPFA and China regulators
• Documents for business management, e.g., reports and presentations
• Documents for Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, e.g., policy documents, standards and procedures, templates for management reports
• Documents for training materials, e.g., newsletters, educational material, reminders
• Inputs to crisis communications to support incident management, e.g., lines-to-take, QAs for media enquiries, situation updates for management
Junior IT Engineer (Fresh graduate welcome with training)
- Work with a team to provide front-line operation support, system configuration, user account administration, timely fix problems and diagnostics to all issues relating Internal IT System
- Monitoring the healthiness and report fault of IT Systems
- Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business goal
