Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Financial projects)
- Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Create and manage project schedules, assigning tasks to team members and tracking progress.
- Monitor project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Project Manager (Data Center Migration)
Job Responsibilities:
• The Contract Project Manager has the responsibility to build modernized data centers infrastructure on time, budget, and scope
• Manage the data centers infrastructure set-up and migration by leading multiple teams of network, servers, SAN, Cloud, security, and external suppliers and vendors
• Manage the migration process, moving systems from within a data center into another data center and/or Cloud
• Manage the decommission of the migrated-out data centers
• Manage the Change and Communication with all stakeholders (E.g. Infra team, application team, vendors, users) related to the data center and infrastructure modernization projects
• Has the end-to-end accountability of all the data center and infrastructure modernization activities
• Act as the focal point of the whole data centers infrastructure build and migration project management lifecycle covering: Planning and scoping, Scheduling, Budget, Risk, Communication, Quality control, Testing, Commissioning, Documentation, Stakeholder engagement, Change, and, Post-project evaluation
(Senior) Business Analyst (Bank)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project
- Gather user requirement and translate user requirement into project documentation
- Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the development of banking system
- Prepare, validate and follow up test cases in UAT
- Prepare reporting materials for the testing results and project status
- Cooperate and communicate with developers and business users throughout the project
- Senior staffs will be responsible to other tasks including Business Requirement gathering, Functional Specification preparation, vendor management, liaison with technical staffs, etc.
