Payroll Clerk

Job Descriptions:

  • 5-day work, bank holiday, with normal office working hours
  • Perform monthly  payroll calculations
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records 
  • Some knowledge on HK Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Clerical duties (data entry, updating excel reports, filing, issuing invoices)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Admin Clerk

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year working experience
  • Experience in end-to-end Hong Kong payroll processing
  • Good in Excel and sensitive to numbers
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • A quick learner & good team player
  • Immediately available is preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) 
  • Good knowledge in outlook, Word & Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
