Business Analyst / Business Technology Manager (Banking)
Responsibility:
- Perform business and user requirement analysis
- Liaise among users and IT units to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented.
- Experience in transforming users needs into user story using JIRA and Confluence or functional specification.
- Experience in creating detailed documentation including process flows and use cases scenarios.
- Collaborate with tech team to design solutions based on user story details and acceptance criteria.
- Formulate test plans, conduct SIT, UAT and regression test.
- Provide strong support to business users.
- Manage IT project implementation and monitor the project progress and resolve project problems.
- Manage project budget and procurement process.
- Participate in the risk analysis for new product launch
