Network Security Engineer– Infra3 Project
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure network firewalls, IPS, network detection and response (NDR) appliances, firewall management platform, network taps, network threat analysis (NTAs) brokers, network packet brokers
- (NPBs), SSL decryption technology, firewall management tool to support the New Data Center Project.
- Integrate the newly built network security infrastructure with Security Operation Centre (SOC) to ensure proper threat detection and responses.
- Prepare standard work procedure and guidelines and contribute ideas to drive quality outputs.
- Liaise with other internal counterparts / vendors on technical support issues and change issues.
- Prepare project documentation, test plan and conduct technical briefings, coordinate DR drills & non-functional User Acceptance Test (UAT) with project teams.
- On call for ad hoc or emergency service out of office hours when required.
System Engineer
Responsibilities：
- Design, setup and manage the IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking , database and security systems.
- Setup and maintain communication/network policy, standard, security and procedure.
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties including vendors and contractors.
- Perform system capacity monitoring and performance tuning.
- Support system maintenance and system drill test.
- Manage and co-ordinate with third party vendors of all bug-fix and maintenance activities.
- Manage Hardware infrastructure as a whole.
IT Technical Support
Responsibilities：
- Perform hardware or software installation, configuration, end-user support and troubleshooting
- Liaise with services providers to facilitate implementation and service delivery
- Assist in maintaining and controlling IT infrastructure and network
- Assist in software/application support
- Assist in performing and implementing IT projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Network Security Engineer– Infra3 Project
Requirement
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in network firewalls, IPS, network detection and response (NDR) appliances, firewall management platform, network taps, network threat analysis (NTAs) brokers, network packet brokers (NPBs), SSL decryption technology as well as firewall management tool in sizable company.
- Holder of CCNA or CISSP is preferred.
- Those with less experience may be considered
System Engineer
Requirement：
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years infrastructure supporting and/ Data Center Management experience on capacity planning and infrastructure management.
- Hand-on operation on Network and firewall setup.
- Experienced in infrastructure project, such as server upgrade, installation, migration.
- Experience in Windows Server or above, Windows AD and vSphere administration is an advantage.
- Experience in Linux.
- Good command of Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
IT Technical Support
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
- A strong and responsible team player
- Able to work independently, under pressure and multitask
- Software/Application support experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of SQL is an absolute advantage
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are also welcome
