Business Analyst / Data Analyst (Perm, not consider Fresh)


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop reports and support ad-hoc data analysis.

  • Convert unstructured data into business information.

  • Collect data from various sources, structure unstructured data, and transform it into meaningful business information.

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose visualizations.

  • Understand business processes, source systems, and connect them for analysis.

  • Develop documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and user training materials.

  • Support regular generation of standard reports and scheduled jobs.



Contract Data Analyst (Bank)

Responsibilities:

  • With data analysis / business intelligence background (using Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, hyperion, Cognos and etc)

  • With concrete and solid knowledge in SQL and excel, with experience in applying Tableau application would be an advantage

  • With concrete and solid experience in project management would be an advantage

  • 2 years or above working experience in information technology or data management in the banking or other industries.

  •    Actively learn new ideas, new models, new technologies and new systems



(Senior/Junior) Business Analyst (Bank) 

Responsibility:

  • Perform business and user requirement analysis in banking industry in particular to Corporate Custody sector is a plus. 

  • Liaise among users and IT units to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented. 

  • Experience in transforming users needs into user story using JIRA and Confluence or functional specification. 

  • Experience in creating detailed documentation including process flows and use cases scenarios. 

  • Collaborate with tech team to design solutions based on user story details and acceptance criteria. 

  • Formulate test plans, conduct SIT, UAT and regression test. 

  • Provide strong support to business users. 

  • Manage IT project implementation and monitor the project progress and resolve project problems. 

  • Manage project budget and procurement process. 



Project Officer

 

Job Description

• Gather project requirements from client and project team to define work plan for efficient delivery of project.

• Monitor purchasing order of equipment to meet customer contract requirements. 

• As communications link between project team and customer regarding project status and progress.

• Plan and monitor project schedule to achieve project outputs.

• Organize and attend meeting to report progress.

• Prepare project correspondence such as meeting agenda and minutes.

• Resolve any project related issues.      

Business Analyst / Data Analyst (Perm, not consider Fresh)


Requirement

  • Degree holder in business analytics, mathematics, computing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 4 years in a data/business analyst, system analyst, or system support role.

  • Experience in system design and implementation, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach.

  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Strong common sense and business acumen.

  • Ability to analyze data statistically, present key findings, and articulate recommendations.

  • Capability to transform data into business insights using storytelling techniques and visualization tools like PowerPoint.

  • Creativity in designing and implementing data visualization pages.

  • Profound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, Sharepoint, O365 apps, database design, and metadata.

  • A solid understanding of business processes and the interdependencies of data.



Contract Data Analyst (Bank)

Requirements:

  •    Strong analytical capabilities with logical and creative thinking mindset

  •    Good writing and communication skills in both Chinese (including Putonghua) and English; highly-skilled in SQL, familiar with Microsoft Office

  •    Good interpersonal relationship and communication skill with team spirit




(Senior/Junior) Business Analyst (Bank) 

Requirement: 

  • Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis for Senior

  • Less experience will be considered as Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst 

  • Familiar with system development life cycle, data flow and UAT process 

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills 

  • Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment 

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus. 



Project Officer

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in IT engineering or related disciplines, 2 years working experience in project management or event servicing will be an added advantage.

• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Strong sense of ownership, innovation and adaptability to meet with Company’s business needs

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Good in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
