Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line technical support for technical issues via incoming call 
  • Provide helpdesk support for corporate clients on:5 G Wi-Fi router, mobile device, etc
  • Require onsite support if necessary

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in computer or related disciplines
  • 2 years' or above working experience in I.T. related filed and proof solid helpdesk background
  • Basic troubleshoot knowledge on Windows, Office, Mac, 5G CPE, Mobile device (e.g. iPhone, Android, Windows)  
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivation
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Customer service handling background is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
