Operator / System Administrator (Mainframe)

  • Perform software installation, upgrade and PTF installation
  • Manage and review system software capacity license charging
  • Carry out hardware upgrade and performance tuning
  • Analyze system resources usage and prepare capacity plan
  • Manage and utilize system resources
  • Ensure system availability and security control
  • Experience in z/OS、CICS & DB2 is a plus


IT Support / System Engineer

  • Installation / maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, IPT, VOIP, telephone system

  • Provide IT support and Help Desk activity 



 Knowledge on :

  • MS platform including Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server 2016 / 2019

  • Linux platform such as Redhat and ubuntu

  • Cloud Platform such as Azure and AWS, MS AAD / AD, VMware, Veeam

  • Firewall, Router, Switch, SAN, NAS, IP Phone

  • Responsible, self motivated, flexible and with detailed mind

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Fresh graduate will also consider
