Business Analyst

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join the team. You will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with diverse teams to gather requirements and ensure effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UAT for system development projects and prepare/test cases.

  • Collaborate with developers and business users to gather and document requirements.

  • Create reports on testing results and project status.

  • Assist senior staff in managing vendors and functional specifications.



Project Officer

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Project Officer. You will play a key role in planning and executing projects, ensuring successful completion through effective coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help plan and execute projects, breaking them into manageable milestones.

  • Prepare user stories and UAT plans, and support UAT efforts.

  • Monitor project progress and keep the Project Team and clients informed.

  • Handle project administration tasks, including agendas and reports.

Business Analyst


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

  • Detail-oriented and an excellent team player.

  • Experience or internship in UAT or project work is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Proficient in Excel, VBA, and SQL is a plus.


Project Officer

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of project management experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
