Responsibilities
- Analyse client's requirements and applications to design a solution for meeting customer’s objectives.
- To provide solution proposal and presentations, proof of concept and technical documentation.
- Ensure good and timely communication among customers, implementation and sales teams.
- Project management work such as project scheduling, tracking and reporting, technical documents including system documentation, network diagrams, etc.;
- Installation, configuration, system migration and maintenance support of Routers / Switches, Firewall, Server and PC;
- Finish project on time with quality and cost control.
Requirements
- Good customer interface, oral communications, and technical writing skills are a must.
- Degree holder in IT or related disciplines with minimum five years working experience in technical pre-sales or consultation support.
- Project Management skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Network design and planning skills.
- Strong Microsoft Skills. Including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin or Japanese would be a plus.
- Aggressive, positive minded, responsible, independent and self-motivated personality.
- Hands on experience of network equipment such as Router, LAN switch.
- Hands on experience of security appliances / products such as Firewall, IDS, IPS.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of Windows Server, VMware, Citrix virtualization technology are preferable.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of RPA technology is preferable.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of Public Cloud services is preferable.
- Vendor certification for networking product or public cloud services is preferable.
