Network / Cyber Security Engineer 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in the network security infrastructure.

  • Integrate security events and alerts with the Security Operation Centre (SOC) to enhance threat detection and response mechanisms.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prepare detailed technical designs, architecture diagrams, and security configurations.

  • Manage and configure network firewalls.

  • Conduct technical briefings, coordinate disaster recovery drills, and lead non-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with project teams.

  • Provide technical support and handle change issues while ensuring effective communication with internal teams and vendors.


Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting 
  • Provide technical support and planning on Internet, Intranet, Website, user application system, system software and hardware
  • Provide on call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required



System Engineer 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security or Network Security, including implementation, configuration, and testing.

  • Strong knowledge of network firewalls, secure web gateways.

  • Experience with network security technologies.

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle technical issues independently.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.Network Engineer

 Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Switch, Router, WiFi Controller, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting
