Network / Cyber Security Engineer
Responsibilities
-
Assist the Project Manager in the network security infrastructure.
-
Integrate security events and alerts with the Security Operation Centre (SOC) to enhance threat detection and response mechanisms.
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prepare detailed technical designs, architecture diagrams, and security configurations.

Manage and configure network firewalls.

Conduct technical briefings, coordinate disaster recovery drills, and lead non-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with project teams.

Provide technical support and handle change issues while ensuring effective communication with internal teams and vendors.
Senior Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Perform server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and planning on Internet, Intranet, Website, user application system, system software and hardware
- Provide on call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required
System Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for IT systems, applications, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security or Network Security, including implementation, configuration, and testing.

Strong knowledge of network firewalls, secure web gateways.

Experience with network security technologies.

Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle technical issues independently.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines.
