Responsibilities:

  •       Manage and conduct user acceptance test for procurement management system.

  •       Perform centralized procurement for IT resources including software and implementation services;

  •       Assist on the procurement process such as conducting market research, formulating procurement plan, issuing RFQs/RFPs, facilitating evaluation process, following through with processes including total cost analysis, commercial & contract negotiation, supplier recommendation and contract award;

  •       Assist on the vendor management process such as vetting, contracting, etc;

  •       Monitor the procurement progress and resolve occurred problems;

  •       Actively seek for opportunities leading to cost reduction and operational efficiency;

  •       Review supplier's performance and contracts;

 Requirements:

  •       Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT or commercial disciplines.

  •       3+ years of solid experience in buying / merchandising / purchasing /procurement fields.

  •       Experience in managing and conducting user acceptance test of IT system are highly preferred.

  •       A strong background in Procurement and a relevant professional qualification is an advantage.

  •       Strong in contract negotiation, supplier sourcing and management.

  •       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  •       Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
