Job description
- Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the bank's core system upgrade project. Work with the business and IT teams from Head Office to develop test cases and organize business functional requirements.
- Execute functional testing to verify system functions, making sure they meet business needs and comply with the bank's operational policies. Assist in investigating, resolving, and reporting issues as required.
- Manage existing data and carry out data migration.
- Assist in performing KYC due diligence reviews and customer data management. Help complete credit reports by conducting credit, financial, and industry risk analyses on customers to ensure the proposals are in line with the bank's policies.
- Cooperate with the department's business development and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Hold an educational background in relevant disciplines.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the banking or financial industry. Be familiar with the business processes of financial institutions, such as account opening, credit application, clearing/settlement, and risk control.
- Be self - motivated, able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. Ensure high - quality project delivery within the specified time frame.
- Be willing to support necessary emergency work when sudden business requirements occur.
- Be willing to travel to Shenzhen testing centre when required
- Be proficient in both Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
- Be available to start working as soon as possible.
