Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial support and maintaining up-to-date diary of meetings, appointments and other official activities of supervisors
- Preparing and arranging meetings, such as coordinating availability of meeting parties, reserving conference rooms, preparing meeting materials and folders for the senior, and coordinating returns of assignments
- Handling minor paper works in office, such as simple internal correspondences, filing, facsimile, photocopying work
- Undertaking reception duties, e.g. answering telephone enquiries, simple public enquiries, taking phone messages and receiving visitors
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- CE/DSE, Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language
- Proficient in PC knowledge, including Chinese and English word processing
- Preferably have previous working experience in the Government/Public organisation
