Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of various projects.

  • Perform system design and analysis based on user requirements.

  • Prepare system and program specifications.

  • Conduct testing and prepare related documentation.

  • Collaborate with project members to support the project delivery process, focusing on user roles and responsibilities, test plans, user acceptance, training, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent.

For System Analyst:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in system development, including at least 2 years at the Systems Analyst level. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Analyst Programmer role.

For IT Business Analyst:

  • 2+ years of banking experience in requirement gathering and analysis, system testing, and user acceptance testing. More experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions. Fresh graduates or those with less experience are also welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

  • Experience in one or more of the following: Java, J2EE, .NET, Web (PHP, React.js, Node.js, Vue.js), PL/SQL, knowledge of Mobile (iOS, React Native, Android, Flutter) is a plus!

  • Candidates with PMP or ITIL certifications will be considered for Assistant Project Manager roles.
