Job Descriptions:

  • Look for mid to senior IT banking related openings for top banks in HK

  • Drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the recruitment process with various stakeholders, salary negotiation

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head 

  • Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines

  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • 5-day work, with normal office working hours


Requirements:

  • Banking recruiting experience is a plus

  • Exposure to Banking or IT is a plus

  • Successful track record with solid customers service and relationship building.

  • Good knowledge of HK recruitment market 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruiter
