UPTO 100K salary per month
- The AI Automation Project Manager will lead and manage AI and automation initiatives across various business units. This includes overseeing the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring that projects meet business goals and technical requirements. The PM will also work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of AI/automation projects.
Business Analyst for project - Digital
Responsibilities
· As a bridge between users and IT teams to collect and analyze requirements of stakeholders, provide system solution and business process redesign.
· Prepare detail system documents, functional specification, test plan, training materials and user manuals · Design future mode of process, procedure and practice (clearly defining roles and responsibilities, manual and automated activities).
· Coordinate & mobilize stakeholders (users, IT, vendor teams, etc.) to implement system change.
· Monitor, track and report of a project progress · Identify any implementation issues and resolve or escalate these.
· Monitor and evaluate business process performance · Audit systems and assess their outcomes
AI Automation - Project Manager
Requirements
- Education: BSc/MSc in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI/automation, digital transformation, or IT projects.
· Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Experience with AI/automation projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills:
· Strong understanding of AI and automation concepts.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
· Knowledge of IT systems, data analytics, and business processes.
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to manage risks and ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
Business Analyst for project - Digital
Requirements
· 3-7 years of work experience in business analyst within telecommunications preferably at a leading telecom operator or with a reputable management consulting firm.
· Bachelor's degree preferred, in either IT, Engineering or Business Administration or similar.
· Good understanding of industry trends and developments.
· Knowledge in Agile Project Management Model and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) would be advantage · Understanding of IT architecture and BSS / OSS systems · Familiar with IT system development cycle, project and change management.
· Fluent in Cantonese and English and also preferably in Mandarin.
