Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Oracle EBUS System.
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on test cases (both positive & negative) during UAT, work with developers to resolve issues before release
- Create reporting materials for test results and project status updates.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with developers and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, team player, capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Experience in UAT or project work is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Procurement knowledge and/or Experience in Digital Transformation is a plus.
- **Additional Skills:**
- Prepare executive reports in MS Word format.
- Analyze statistical data using Excel formulas and macros, Oracle SQL.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese typing.
- Strong numerical sensitivity and calculation skills.
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
