For Project Q
The Project Manager for Project Q will lead the development of an AI-driven solution for full automation of customer engagement, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling products with personalized offers. The PM will represent IT in close collaboration with the Business Unit, vendors, internal IT teams, and the Data Analytics team. The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver complex AI-based solutions within a 12-month timeframe.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: BSc/MSc in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, digital transformation, or AI projects.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-driven projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI and automation concepts.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of IT systems, data analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage risks and ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
