System Analyst / Analyst Programmer / Business Analyst

Participate in the implementation of various IT projects.
Perform system design and analysis based on user requirements.
Prepare detailed system and program specifications.
Conduct testing and prepare related documentation.
Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful delivery, focusing on user roles and responsibilities, test plans, user acceptance, training, and procedures.

What You’ll Do:

Take charge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for exciting system development projects.
Dive into preparing, validating, and driving test cases through UAT with precision.
Own the creation of sharp, clear reports that showcase testing outcomes and project progress.
Team up closely with developers and business users — communication is key to success here!
For senior pros: step up to gather business requirements, craft functional specs, and manage vendor relationships like a boss.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
For System Analyst: 6 years of experience in system development, including at least 5 years at the Systems Analyst level, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
For Analyst Programmer: 4 years of experience in system development with a focus on Java technologies.
For Programmer: 1-3 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Java; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
