Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover pain points and truly understand their business needs—be the bridge that connects challenges with innovative solutions!
- Lead dynamic workshops and interviews to gather requirements, ensuring every voice is heard and every detail is captured.
- Transform business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, intuitive process flows, and detailed functional specs that pave the way for success!
- Prioritize and maintain a well-organized product backlog alongside the Product Owner, always keeping the focus on what matters most!
- Act as a vital liaison between business users and the IT development team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on priorities.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups—your input is crucial to driving projects forward!
- Ensure that solutions meet business needs through UAT and valuable feedback sessions that guarantee we're delivering excellence.
- Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts quickly, driving consensus and ensuring that all team members are on the same page.
- Champion change management and facilitate impactful training sessions that empower users to make the most of new tools and processes!

Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Studies—you're ready to apply your academic foundation to real-world challenges.
- 3-8+ years of experience in retail banking, fintech, or large-scale digital transformation projects—your expertise is unmatched!
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) is a huge plus—bring your knowledge of these systems to the table!
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology—you thrive in a sprint-based environment, where speed and precision are key.
- Outstanding communication skills—from presentations to negotiations, you're always able to organize and solve problems with ease.
- Analytical mindset—you can break down complex business needs and transform them into clear technical requirements.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin—you communicate effortlessly with stakeholders from all backgrounds!
