Business Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Dive into user requirements and turn ideas into actionable insights through in-depth analysis and feasibility studies.

  • Propose smart, cutting-edge IT solutions that align perfectly with business goals and emerging technologies.

  • Be the bridge! Coordinate and communicate effectively between business users and development teams to bring projects to life.

  • Take the lead in managing and implementing Portfolio Management projects—ensuring top-notch quality and timely delivery every step of the way.

  • Stay on top of project processes—from documentation to progress reporting and status meetings—you’ll keep everything running smoothly.

  • Collaborate closely with users and vendors on banking system projects, covering analysis, effort estimation, design, implementation, and testing.

  • Be the go-to liaison, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external vendors.

  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee system readiness.

  • Offer reliable support in day-to-day operations to keep everything on track.



UAT Officer – Banking Digital Platform (20K-30K)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Team Up with the Best! Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to fully understand requirements and turn them into clear, actionable test cases.

  • Set the Standards! Create and maintain thorough testing checklists and scenarios covering functional, regression, and UAT testing.

  • Find the Flaws! Execute manual (and automation, if applicable) tests to catch bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues—before users ever see them.

  • Stay on Top of Issues! Log, track, and follow up on defects using industry tools, ensuring they’re resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • Be the Voice of the User! Coordinate production testing sessions with business users and collect valuable feedback.

  • Support Quality Excellence! Assist the QA Lead in ensuring all test cases meet the highest quality standards.


Application Tester (21K-25K)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the QA Process! Execute thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the apps meet the highest standards—whether it's on web or mobile.

  • Test Like a Pro! Create and run detailed test plans and test cases based on project specs.

  • Team Up to Improve! Record and report test results, collaborate with developers and designers to resolve bugs and boost performance.

  • Drive Quality Forward! Share feedback and ideas to help the company continuously improve its products and processes.

Business Analyst

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in application development. (Fresh grads are welcome to apply for entry-level roles!)

  • Top-tier interpersonal and communication skills—you’re great with people and even better with clarity.

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus!


UAT Officer – Banking Digital Platform (20K-30K)

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Studies.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in the retail banking or digital platform space, with hands-on software testing expertise.

  • Bonus points for experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP—we love that!

  • A solid grasp of the testing lifecycle—from strategy and design to execution and tracking.

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills—you know how to make things happen!

  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin—you’re clear, confident, and always professional.


Application Tester (21K-25K)

What You Bring:

  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience testing applications—on web and/or mobile platforms.

  • A self-starter who’s analytical, independent, and thrives under pressure with tight deadlines.

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA.

  • Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like InspectPostman, or Charles.

  • Solid communication skills in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
