Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the private Cloud environment network. Provide 24x7 supports for network.
- Mainly responsible for network infrastructure (Cisco\Huawei\Juniper) installation configuration, administration, monitoring and health check, traffic analysis ,troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Work closely with vendors/internal/external parties for implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Cloud network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and training to application developers/operators on Cloud network-related processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in networking.
- Familiar with network device(Switch\router\Firewall) installation, setup, connection, replacement, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
- Good understanding of IP & Ethernet Technologies including Routing
- Protocols, BGP, IGP, ISIS, OSPF, VLAN, IP addressing.
- Stable, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work outside office hours for urgent production supports.
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
