System Analyst / Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:

Engage in all phases of the system development lifecycle: from coding to testing, documentation, training, and implementation—you’ll do it all!
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Lead the way in system design and analysis, tailoring solutions based on user requirements.
Craft detailed system and program specifications to bring projects to life.
Run rigorous testing and ensure all documentation is spot on.
Work closely with the project team, ensuring seamless delivery, focusing on user roles, test plans, user acceptance, training, and operational procedures.

Business Analyst / IT Corporate Banking Custody Team

Responsibility:

Perform business and user requirement analysis in banking industry in particular to Corporate Custody sector is a plus.
Liaise among users and IT units to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented.
Experience in transforming users needs into user story using JIRA and Confluence or functional specification.
Experience in creating detailed documentation including process flows and use cases scenarios.
Collaborate with tech team to design solutions based on user story details and acceptance criteria.
Formulate test plans, conduct SIT, UAT and regression test.
Manage IT project implementation and monitor the project progress and resolve project problems.
Technical background is be a plus.

System Analyst / Analyst Programmer

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
For System Analyst: 6 years of experience in system development, including 5+ years in a System Analyst role, with Java technologies.
For Analyst Programmer: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in web/system development with expertise in either C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, PHP, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, or Java technologies.
For Programmer: 1-2 years of software development experience, with solid Java skills—fresh graduates are more than welcome!
Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall to keep projects moving at full speed.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Business Analyst / IT Corporate Banking Custody Team

Requirement:

Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Prefer 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
Experience in Corporate Banking, Global Custodian Services, are highly preferred
Familiar with system development life cycle, data flow and UAT process
Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
