Network Engineer / IT Support / Cloud Engineer (upto 60K)

Cloud Engineer (up to 60K)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AliCloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.
Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Alibaba Cloud.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Work with Alibaba Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues.
Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) in the cloud environment.
Assist in cloud cost optimization and resource management.
Stay up to date with new features and services from Alibaba Cloud and recommend improvements.

Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
2+ years of relevant IT experience preferred —you’ve got hands-on knowledge and experience under your belt!
IT certifications are a plus! Your skills and expertise make a huge difference.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese—you know how to explain complex tech concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.

Requirements:

Degree in a relevant field—your academic background supports your hands-on skills.
3+ years of experience—you’ve got the expertise to hit the ground running.
Solid experience in both systems and network management, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with a variety of technologies—you know your way around different platforms and tools.
Experience in VMWare, Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, and Windows Server is a plus—you’re well-versed in the tools that power modern IT systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team—you balance autonomy with collaboration seamlessly.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, making you a strong team player in any environment.

Requirements:

Degree in a relevant field, ensuring a solid foundation for your technical expertise.
Extensive experience in network infrastructure—you’ve worked with a range of networking technologies and solutions.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a plus—your credentials make you an even stronger asset.
A strong understanding of networking concepts and how they apply to real-world situations—you're a network pro!
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both local and international teams.

Cloud Engineer (up to 60K)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.
Strong knowledge of Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) platform services and architecture.
Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.
Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).
Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
Good understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certification in Alibaba Cloud (e.g., ACA, ACP) is a big plus.
