Responsibilities:

  •          Provide Level 1 & Level 2 deskside support including setup, installation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and applications.
  •          Address and resolve general queries, incidents, and service requests related to desktops, laptops, and applications.
  •          Maintain and track inventory of IT assets.
  •          Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ITSM platform.
  •          Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices in all support activities.
  •          Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and user guides.
  •          Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless technology operations.

Requirements:

  •          Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  •          Minimum 2 years of experience in deskside technical support, preferably with exposure to Banking / Financial Industry.
  •          Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), MS Office Suite, Active Directory, network connectivity troubleshooting.
  •          Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to support high-pressure users in time-sensitive situations.
  •          Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
