Job description
-
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 deskside support including setup, installation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and applications.

Address and resolve general queries, incidents, and service requests related to desktops, laptops, and applications.

Documentation, resolutions, and processes in the ITSM platform.

Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices in all support activities.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless technology operations.

1 - 3 years deskside technical support experience

Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), MS Office Suite, Active Directory, network connectivity troubleshooting.
