IT Support Specialist/ IT Process Analyst (Operations/ Production Control)

Responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the Senior IT Lead (IT Operations/Production Control), you’ll have the chance to make a real impact in the following areas:

Champion ITIL Processes: You'll play a key role in maintaining and enforcing essential ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management. Your expertise will ensure smooth and efficient operations!
Hands-On Operations: Manage day-to-day activities such as job scheduling, batch processing, monitoring, exception handling, and backup administration, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Analyze & Optimize: Leverage dashboards, KPIs, and trend reports to actively monitor and analyze IT service performance, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Ensure Excellence: Keep documentation, procedures, and standards up to date, ensuring full compliance and smooth execution.

Who We’re Looking For:

Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Certification Bonus: ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar certifications would be a huge plus!
Tech Savvy: Experience with Control-M, Veeam, CyberArk, SAP, Power Automate is highly advantageous.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience supporting IT Operations, with a minimum of 1 year in Production Control.
Process Management Enthusiast: Familiarity with process management and a passion for continuous improvement.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Strong analytical skills with a creative and innovative approach to challenges.
Bilingual Advantage: A good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken) will be key in communicating effectively across teams.
