Job description
- 10+ years solid proof experiences as a system analyst
- Solid exp on overall architecture design in backend system interfacing with other internal peripherals system
- Exp on modularized different system components as commonly use of system functions.
- Testing, reviewing, and analyzing IT systems to identify areas of potential improvement or modification
- Assessing potential solutions for feasibility both financially and technologically and presenting findings
- Assisting in the transition from legacy to new systems
- Understanding and utilizing the software development life cycle in both Waterfall and Agile methodology.
- Managing and overseeing the integration of new proposed systems and solutions
- Leading the technical team (in HK and SZ) to work out WBS and can speak English & Mandarin efficiently.
- Managing overseas and mainland technical vendors teams and able to position different components to different teams.
- Working with end users to guide them through the process of new systems, providing training where necessary
Requirement
- Degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of work experience with experience on Java framework, cloud development, database design.
- Knowledge and working experience on release strategy using Jenkins with Maven.
- Experience in wealth management would definitely a plus.
