Business Analyst
What You'll Be Doing:

Dive into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the systems deliver top-notch performance.

Take charge of preparing, validating, and tracking test cases – your attention to detail will shine here!

Keep everyone in the loop by generating clear and concise reports on testing outcomes and project progress.

Be the bridge between business users and developers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration every step of the way.

For senior team members: Get hands-on with gathering business requirements, drafting functional specs, and even managing vendors!
Senior Tester / QA / UAT (Digital Platform)
Your Mission:

Partner with Business Analysts and Developers to transform business requirements into crystal-clear test cases.
-
Craft and maintain test scenarios and checklists for functional, regression, and UAT testing – your test plans are the blueprint for success!

Execute manual tests (and automation too, if that’s your thing!) to uncover bugs, inconsistencies, and usability hiccups.

Log, track, and retest defects using modern QA tools – and make sure issues get resolved swiftly.

Coordinate production testing sessions with business users and gather feedback to fine-tune user experience.

Support the QA Lead to ensure full test coverage and compliance with quality standards.
Project Management Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing projects by breaking them down into clear, actionable milestones.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements and ensure smooth, successful delivery.

Help create user stories and UAT plans, and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.

Track project progress, solve problems as they arise, and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way.

Take charge of project administration – including organizing agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and more.
Business Analyst
What We're Looking For:
-
A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in IT, Business, or a related field.
-
A keen eye for detail, a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
-
Previous experience or internships involving UAT or project work are a big plus – but don’t worry, fresh graduates with the right attitude are very welcome too!

Familiarity with Excel, VBA, and/or SQL is a great advantage – if you’ve got it, flaunt it!
Senior Tester / QA / UAT (Digital Platform)
What You Bring to the Table:

A degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Studies – you're academically equipped to tackle the job.
-
1 to 3 years of software testing experience – you know your way around test cycles and quality assurance.

Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP)? That's a huge plus!

Solid knowledge of the testing lifecycle, from strategy and test design to execution and defect tracking.

You're a natural communicator – with excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin – you're ready to collaborate across teams and regions.

Project Management Assistant
