System Analyst
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead user requirement gathering sessions and transform ideas into practical, best-in-class solutions.

  • Analyze business needs, design smart systems, and estimate effort for seamless implementation.

  • Get hands-on with system development, run integration tests (SIT), and support smooth User Acceptance Testings (UAT).

Senior Business Analyst

Job description

  • 5+ years solid proof experiences as a Business Analyst working in different banking wealth products in particular to structure product exp is a plus.

  • Familiar with different wealth product life cycle from pre-order to post trades orders.

  • Experience in transforming users' needs into user story using JIRA and Confluence precisely.

  • Experience in creating detailed documentation including process flows, use cases and user story.

  • Collaborate with tech team to design solutions based on user story details and acceptance criteria.

  • Able to "Dig" out user requirements and to provide solution based on technical feasibility.

  • Technical background would be a plus.

  • Sound knowledge and some practical SIT, UAT exp would be a plus.



Business Analyst

System Analyst

Requirement

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in application development (for System Analyst) or 3+ years (for Analyst Programmer).

  • Fresh graduates or those with less experience? Don’t worry – we’ll consider you for a Programmer role!

  • Proficiency in Java/C++SQL, and Unix Shell scripting.

  • Experience in banking projects? That’s a big plus!

  • A creative, self-motivated problem-solver who thrives under pressure and adapts easily.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English – and if you know Mandarin, even better!


Senior Business Analyst
