Responsibilities:

  •    Mainly responsible for network infrastructure (Cisco\Huawei\Juniper) installation configuration, administration, monitoring and health check, traffic analysis, troubleshooting and problem resolution.

  •    Work closely with vendors/internal/external parties for implementation.

  •    Troubleshoot and resolve Cloud network-related issues in a timely manner.

  •    Provide technical guidance and training to internal users on Cloud network-related processes and procedures.

   Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field.

  •   3+ years hands-on experience in networking.

  •    Familiar with network device (Switch\router\Firewall) installation, setup, connection, replacement, troubleshooting, and emergency response.

  •    Good understanding of IP & Ethernet Technologies including Routing

  •    Protocols, BGP, IGP, ISIS, OSPF, VLAN, IP addressing.

  •    Stable, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

  •    Willing to work outside office hours for urgent production supports.

  •    Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
