System Administrator / Systems Engineer (25K-50K)

Responsibilities:

  • Support robust IT systems infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Ensure system reliability and create a bulletproof disaster recovery plan to keep things running seamlessly, even in tough times.

  • Document all project details meticulously and manage day-to-day system operations to guarantee flawless performance.


Senior Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect (up to 70K)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on Cloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.

  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.

  • Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Alibaba Cloud.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.

  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.

  • Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Work with Alibaba Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues.

  • Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) in the cloud environment.

  • Assist in cloud cost optimization and resource management.

  • Stay up to date with new features and services from Alibaba Cloud and recommend improvements.


System Administrator / Systems Engineer 


 Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field—your academic background supports your hands-on skills.

  • Prefer 2+ years of experience—you’ve got the expertise to hit the ground running.

  • Solid experience in both systems and user supports, with a good understanding of IT infrastructure.

  • Experience in VMWare, Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, and Windows Server is a plus—you’re well-versed in the tools that power modern IT systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team—you balance autonomy with collaboration seamlessly.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, making you a strong team player in any environment.


Senior Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a cloud support role.

  • Strong knowledge of Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) / AWS platform services and architecture.

  • Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.

  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).

  • Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

  • Good understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Certification in Alibaba Cloud (e.g., ACA, ACP) is a big plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.

  • Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB on cloud platforms.

  • Knowledge of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud’s security services (e.g., Cloud Firewall, DDoS Protection, WAF).
