Responsibilities:

  • Support business requests and campaign activities from various departments and stakeholder

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate their specific analytic requirement and prepare functional design documentation

  • Support the analytics data model maintenance and data asset management. Extract and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to data or reporting

  • Conduct regular check of MIS processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. Continuously evaluate and improve MIS processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Support ad-hoc analysis and administrative request

Requirements:

  • Degree, 1 - 5 years of business analysis relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in SQL and familiar with data tools such as python / SAS / Tableau/ OAS is preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
