Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Senior IT Lead (IT Operations/ Production Control), the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

To maintain and enforce the ITIL processes and framework (e.g., incident, problem, change, release and configuration management).

To perform day-to-day operations such as job scheduling, batch processing, monitoring, exception handling, backup administration.

To monitor and analyze IT service performance using dashboards, KPIs, and trend reports.

To maintain processes documents, procedures, and standards and ensure compliance.
Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Professional qualifications in ITIL, Six Sigma or related qualifications is an advantage.

Experience in Control-M, Veeam, CyberArk, SAP, Power Automate is an advantage.

A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in supporting IT Operations, with at least 1 year’ experience in Production Control.

Experience or familiarity with process management and continuous improvement.

Strong problem-solving skill and innovative mindset.

Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written.
