Technical Manager (Smart Electronics)
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead a team of engineers and designers to accomplish the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to validation, manufacturing readiness, and launch.

Lead R&D study on current smart technology trends and product insights in the market.

Mentor team members to perform system-level architecture design, product roadmapping, technical specification and detailed design documentation tasks.

Participate in team-building and hiring of R&D technical staff

Station at Shenzhen R&D centre
Requirements
-
Holding a technical / STEM degree is a must.
-
7+ years’ relevant technical experience in consumer electronics, white goods or smart solutions (IoT, AI, smart sensing technologies) product development or design engineering.

Hands-on expertise in system design and product development.

Technical knowledge of hardware/software integration, reliability engineering, and compliance standards required.

Exceptional communication skills in Chinese and English.
