Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with departments to coordinate DR projects including infra team and application team to meet Bank’s requirements
  • Organize and maintain project files, ensuring the documentation should be up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and progress updates
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field
  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in IT project management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management in project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project etc.).
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility
