Responsibilities:
- Work closely with departments to coordinate DR projects including infra team and application team to meet Bank’s requirements
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring the documentation should be up-to-date.
- Prepare reports, presentations and progress updates
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in IT project management
- Excellent organizational and time-management in project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project etc.).
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility
