Major Duties of Post for AI Agent Development
- Design, develop, and manage AI workflows using tools such as Dify, Copilot Studio, n8n, or similar platforms;
- Integrate AI assistants into VTC platforms, including but not limited to educational systems (e.g., Moodle), websites, and other internal solutions;
- Administer and maintain the AI agent platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance;
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and AI agent platforms for potential adoption within VTC;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support;
- Perform other duties as assigned when necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Technology, AI, Data Science, or a related field;
- Candidates with a sub-degree and strong hands-on experience in relevant areas will also be considered;
- Practical experience with any AI agent tools (e.g., Dify, Copilot Studio, n8n, LangChain, Coze, Agentspace);
- Experience in Web-based system support, administration and Solution integration;
- Programming or system integration experience is an advantage
