Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for exciting system development projects!

  • Prepare, validate, and track test cases throughout the UAT process to ensure top-notch performance.

  • Craft detailed reports on testing outcomes and project progress, keeping everything on track and transparent.

  • Collaborate closely with developers and business users, ensuring seamless communication every step of the way.

  • Senior staff may also get hands-on in gathering business requirements, drafting functional specifications, and managing vendor relationships.



Assistant Project Manager/Senior Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate large-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully!

  • Dive deep into analyzing and evaluating business and user requirements, guaranteeing perfect alignment with project goals.

  • Organize engaging drills and exercises to ensure top-tier operational compliance and effective risk management.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation that clearly track the project’s progress and its successful outcomes.

  • Analyze key data and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from start to finish.

  • Present findings and updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed every step of the way.


Project Coordinator/Project Officer (Fresh graduate welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in planning and executing projects, breaking them down into exciting, achievable milestones.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal users and external vendors to define requirements and drive successful project outcomes.

  • Prepare detailed user stories, UAT plans, and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – ensuring everything meets the mark!

  • Keep a close eye on project progress, swiftly resolving any issues and keeping both the Project Team and clients in the loop at all times.

  • Handle crucial project administration tasks, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and creating comprehensive reports.

Business Analyst

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a related field like IT or Business.

  • keen eye for detail, a team player, and someone who thrives under tight deadlines.

  • Previous experience or an internship in UAT or project work is a plus, but fresh graduates are more than welcome!

  • Familiarity with related products and skills in Excel, VBA, and/or SQL will give you an edge, but don't worry, we're open to learning together!


Assistant Project Manager/Senior Project Executive

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology.

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in related fields.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – you’ll be the bridge between teams and senior leaders!

  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities – making the complex simple.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Project Executive role – if you’re eager to grow, we’re eager to support you!

     

Project Coordinator/Project Officer (Fresh graduate welcome)

  • Higher Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of project management experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply!
