Major Duties:

(i)               Design, develop, and manage AI workflows using tools such as Dify, Copilot Studio, n8n, or similar platforms;

(ii)             Integrate AI assistants into VTC platforms, including but not limited to educational systems (e.g., Moodle), websites, and other internal solutions;

(iii)            Administer and maintain the AI agent platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance;

(iv)            Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and AI agent platforms for potential adoption within VTC;

(v)             Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support;

(vi)            Perform other duties as assigned when necessary.

Requirements:

                1.            A degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Technology, AI, Data Science, or a related field;

                2.            Candidates with a sub-degree and strong hands-on experience in relevant areas will also be considered;

                3.            Practical experience with any AI agent tools (e.g., Dify, Copilot Studio, n8n, LangChain, Coze, Agentspace);

                4.            Experience in Web-based system support, administration and Solution integration;

                5.            Programming or system integration experience is an advantage
