Responsibilities:
- Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers.
- Understand SDLC and/or Product life cycle
- Collect and Analyze user requirements and propose solutions to business on system operation workflow
- Perform SIT to check deliverable prior to User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Manage and Coordinate IT project implementation
- Support documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Global Business, Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
- 2 – 3 years IT / Business Analyst experience in Banking industry
- Experiences in production support of trading systems is a plus
- Experiences in Murex, Kondor, Opics or related treasury systems is a plus
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, ability to work with teams
- CFA certificate Holder is an advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst
