Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and project management assistance to Cyber Security Control Division.
  • Handle part of procurement process, follow up purchase orders, payment arrangement, etc.. for assigned projects.
  • Update and maintain the PMO daily worklist.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports and statistical data.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other divisions of IT department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background in a related field.
  • 1-3 years in relevant experience in project coordination, administrative work or procurement.
  • Familiar with MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint..
  • Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
