Job description

Assist on processing/ checking the account opening documentation

Handle phone/ internet banking creation and maintenance

Handle customer information update and customer profile creation

Ensure the instructions coming from business unit are timely and properly updated into relevant systems

Take up ad-hoc task as assigned

Perform general clerical duties
Requirements

Secondary education or above
-
With at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Banking Operations

Proficient in MS Office

Prudent and attentive to details

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
