Development Manager / Senior System Analyst (.NET)

The post will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications, with a strong focus on .NET server-side development, MS SQL database performance optimisation and Azure Cloud platform management of large-scale web platforms for our client.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform system analysis, design, and implementation of large-scale web platforms.

  • Develop and maintain .NET server‑side applications.

  • Optimize and tune SQL Server databases for high‑volume transactions.

  • Lead and execute testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, regression, load, and stress testing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in both application and database layers.

  • Manage technical documentation and production support during rollout and operation.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years IT experience, with strong expertise in .NET server‑side development, Microsoft SQL server, Azure Cloud and web technologies

  • Good project experience of high‑volume, high‑traffic, public-facing web platform development.

  • Sound knowledge of testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, load/stress, regression)

  • Strong project management and vendor managment skills.
